- Strong telecom experience especially in BSS billing, Charging, OSS, CRM, IoT, Order Management, and other related fields- Excellent knowledge of various Telecom services flows Prepaid/Postpaid/Fixed, business process journeys and KPIs- Good understanding of IT architecture, technologies, and practices i.e. Digital transformation, microservices, integration frameworks, DevOps, Cloud-native applications, and Telecom Enterprise Architecture best practices- Design end-to-end IT solutions for projects, integrating multiple systems, ensuring that designs adhere to design standards and telecom ranked best practices as TmForum- Communicate with customers relevant stakeholders directly, analyzing the business requirements to be aligned with the customer vision- Providing the link between the customer, development team, and any third party entity regarding system/software functionality throughout the development lifecycle- Telecom communication protocols, networking is preferred
