- Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.- Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.- Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them.- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.- Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.- Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers.- Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process.- Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.- Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure smooth handling of the customers` requirements.
